The only way you're getting paid for signups is if the programs can generate income from your surfers. There are *no* PPS sponsors that will pay for non-verified (ie, non carded) surfers. The best bet you'll have is going w/ a sponsor that pays per email (they're about $.2 - $1 per email..)

In adult, you're gonna need more than 50 uniques. Normal ratios are from 1:500 - 1:1000 - with good, targetted adult traffic. If you're throwing random traffic, expect to double those ratios. $30PPS is fairly standard. The guys I use were just running $100PPS days for the last week !
