I would just go adding people. It's not too big a task to do manually.Try the friend finder, add someone then start adding their mutual friends.

Yeah iv'e learn that! Just need to wait to get financial things sorted such as bank accounts and what not then i can get my head down and actually do something. But for now it's reading and learning :)
