You can get the directory using a FTP application such as FileZilla or simply use Putty terminal and locate the file.

I just got the same problem you got, but I solved it. Just goto /etc/ then edit the wwwacct.conf file and add DEFMOD Xskin to the end of the file. Save and quit. My problem got solved by adding this line.
