You can't access Shopify when you don't have a plan and since can't use Teelaunch. You only need the 10$/€ plan though.

Looks like you haven't selected colors for the womens shirt. If you only want to use the other shirt you need to go back and deselect the womens shirt.

As far as I know you can't create an Amazon Seller Central account without a credit card anyway. Otherwise you're right, amazon pays you every two weeks and you need to pay Teelaunch instantly. You can request an early payout though but I don't know, if they let you do it regularly.
