If so, they're most likely grabbing it directly from legit online providers using accounts with valid subscriptions, and restreaming it.
This is the wrong line of thinking. Pornhub is a registered business, with hundreds of employees and a lot of media attention.
You can get away with it, and monetize it nicely. Lots of people are doing it. It's just up to your opsec and how many eyeballs you get.

If what you're saying is true then what you're doing isn't any special method. It's just emulating to a point where google can't differentiate between a bot and a human. Oh, and emulation of phones has gotten cheaper in the past few years, if you know where to look.
