CPA offers are great for targeted traffic. It's definitely better when you have good presale pages as well.

Traffic Is definitely everything. We have a handful of networks on board and they are all running the same offers. One can have EPCs through the roof and for the other it could be the worst offer ever to them. It all depends on the quality.

I heard Facebook Ads has loosened up their grips on restrictions! Been seeing more and more offers on there. Just a thought!
