What about fat acceptance/size acceptance? That general direction should work.

There is no alternative, but you have to think outside the box a little bit (as with everything else). If all your pages are getting taken down- just think for a minute about what is tying all those together...and switch it up. I guarantee you'll find a way to make them stay up longer.

You can't just wait and hope something will become viral, especially not with 80 friends. Keep adding and have multiple accounts with thousands of friends- work on really getting that viral effect going :)
