Just go to a local bitcoin exchange if you're starting from scratch. Buy a bitcoin and put in an online exchange like bitfenix. Convert it into NEO. Withdraw NEO to offline wallet. Simplerino.

Is there any other ICO that's coming up and you have in mind?

I just invested in this today. I only wish I could have done it sooner. It went up by around 50x from the ICO price in the last few days. That is absolutely insane. Imagine if I had only invested a thousand dollars...

There is no way that bitcoin will get permanently banned accross the globe. China will bring in regulations and then let the market breathe. In the worst case scenario that China DOES for some suicidal reason actually ban cryptos completely then some other nation will rise up and fill the gap...

That's exactly what I'm doing. Investing all the money I can get my hands to buy at these dips. More dips coming in the following weeks.

The bitcoin market is under China's thumb atm. But it won't fall passed a certain amount and it WILL recover since it's literally a more superior cryptocurrency technologically than any other, including ether and bitcoin. China will eventually adopt it.
