They were good earlier.... Nowadays, their service has gone poor. I had made a ticket on 27th July and after a few conversations, the ticket was left unanswered. Infact, it has been over 2 weeks now and no one has yet replied to that ticket. I created another ticket and they still haven't...

Please reply to my ticket :- 101225 Its been over a week. I had to make another ticket (483956) and still there has been no reply.
