Is this still up to date? Based on the last replies it seems that the service provider either doesn't care or is incompetent in doing his work. Can anyone tell me if it's safe to order and I don't have to wait for 3 months to get my order.

timebucks is garbage. My job post is pending for a week now & the website is offline almost half a week.

It does matter when the Account is new. For older accounts that already got a bunch of views it might not matter anymore. But new accounts for sure.
