I don't know about elephants, but their hosting at the low price points really does suck.

It's been six months so far, using a Reseller 2 hosting from them. I am pretty satisfied with the quality of the service and the customer support they provide. I had a DDoS issue, but it was my fault (crappy WP exploits). On their end the uptime is great.
