Lots of people with good reputable sites that actually help people, such as charities, are seeing a loss in rankings. Seems Google are making so many random changes to keep SEO'ers guessing, but many people are still doing well. Just diversify as much as you can so you dont get wiped out in one hit.

Try Alexa too, they seem to collate a large number of backlinks for my sites.

I havent bought emails, but surely the price is based on the quality. Most savvy buyers would want a sample list of a 1000 or so and they would test this with their offers. If they got no replies/interest then it's unlikely they would buy the list. I imagine most people with a decent email list...

I'm looking at doing a 301 redirect to gain fake page rank. The site in question is already indexed by Google and they have cached the site's pages. If I was to redirect all pages, when google spiders my site and it then redirects to a high PR site, I should leverage their PR as Google thinks...

Nice idea. As some others said try some different CPA offers, but make sure the CPA network wont claw back your earnings from sending Twitter traffic, a lot of networks don't pay out for sales generated through social media platforms.
