Question: If you do not remember the birthday you used to sign up with PP, will that be an issue if the birthday on the license does not match the birthday on the account? There is no way to find out the birthday on a personal PP account......

From personal experience, you should use each PayPal with a totally different IP address, user account and banking info, etc or PayPal will link the accounts to each other. Hope this helps...
