Wow, just ordered a PR 3 Tumblr and got it in about 5 minutes with a bonus PR 2 Tumblr. Thanks! Still waiting on my Weeblys but I am sure they will be here soon.
You can also try searching for "site:yourdomain.com" in Google to see if it really is deindexed. Do you have a Google Webmaster Tools account? They will usually send a warning about unnatural links or other shady behavior via WMT if that is the problem. I can't imagine that they would care...
A free site that can help you manage this type of stuff is Brand Yourself. Their free service can at least help you figure out how visible your Facebook, Twitter, etc. are and point out some other sites to help boost your rankings (e.g. about.me). catnipking and Techxan have good advice too -...
Have you signed up for Google Webmaster Tools and added your site? That should help it get indexed, and you can see if/when the Google crawler hits it.
To stay anonymous, buy bitcoin with cash from a local seller, then use a VPN/proxy to buy the domains from namecheap or domains4bitcoins. It is illegal to provide false information when registering a domain, so ICANN may revoke your domain registration if your contact info is discovered to be...
Like everyone else said, it really depends on your audience and product. In general, though, for a health condition type product I think a more informal, friendly style tends to work better. If you can commiserate with others who suffer from the problem, then recommend a solution that works...
It's called retargeting, and it uses Doubleclick ads rather than regular Amazon affiliate ads. They are paid for by Amazon itself, not an affiliate. The only way I know of to get them on your site is by signing up with Adsense, but you will get paid per click rather than an affiliate commission.
Yes, if you know someone who owns a small business or there's one you like (e.g. your favorite non-chain restaurant) that doesn't have very good or any local SEO, just ask them if you can help in exchange for using them as an example in your portfolio. A lot of people would jump at the chance...
It sounds like you're targeting the wrong audience for your CB product. If you've got 980 hops and 0 sales, then people who click just aren't interested in your offer. Try another product that is a better fit for your audience - I don't think getting more traffic is the problem here.
I've paid around $50 for a few expired domains with good stats, but since then I've gotten better about sorting through the drops on expireddomains and doing some of the Xenu crawling suggested above. It takes some time, especially when you're getting started, but it gets easier to sort though...
Got my report of links for Package #2, and everything looks even better than I expected. Unique domains, about half of the links are from PR 5/6 pages, and none of them have a lot of comment links. Jacksubbi went above and beyond, I am very pleased.
