Convert2Media is a great network, Steve is a good guy but they only except experienced publishers...so make sure you know what you're doing. Never heard of the other network.

You will need to sometimes pay a set up cost - and they usually run a trial cap on your product - when all is done and good you will be approved. Just contact some networks within your product niche and ask!

Did you submit an app? If so do it then call them or add Luke on Skype.

Yes its profitable but you usually need high volume traffic and a good portfolio of domains....check out Redirect.com

Very old method - it does work but you need to submit and feed so many torrents as when people catch on you can get banned!

Either, pick one and stick to it until you make it work...i'd personally start with FB.

AWM, CPAGRip etc - but yes try promoting something real - OR if doing YT videos pick some offers like "JustCloud" where you can legitimately review the product and then get people to sign up via your referral - it pays more, its legal and networks/YT will allow it!

Yes they would - they would see so many charge backs and the advertiser would ask for you to be removed from the offer. Also I doubt you'd be paid on the front end lead.
