It's definitely a cleaner look, but I've been having tons of redirect and random log out issues since they have released the new layout. It will randomly redirect me to the old page and sometimes when trying to respond or deal with a dispute, it will log me out every time on certain actions...

I was having the same issue, although BHW loaded fine from my phone. I restarted my computer and it worked fine after that. Could have been a coincidence, or that could have been what resolved it, not sure.
