Same behaviour for my website... Engineers at Google are investigating, see the link (twitter) I posted in my last message, it really looks like a bug at Google's. Check your GSC > coverage report > it is stable Now check Mobile report, if it drops and you're sure your website is responsive...

Yes, same thing for me, and also for all the snippets reports (FAQ, sitelink etc...), while coverage report is stuck on 7th of january, showing no loss of valid pages.
