I did that but i get an error, the famous "CredSSP Encryption Oracle Remediation" Error, and i changed the value in group policies and in the regedit, still no luck, am sorry the problem is on my computer but it seems that i can't get to the solution yet. thanks for your reply

Hello, i purchased an rdp today from your services and am trying to access it, but no luck, i tried the windows rdp software, Freerdp, and TightVNC no one worked, am i missing something, do i need a pre configuration to access, can you help me ?
