go to google, tools and switch it to "last 24 hours" and then search for "blogs" plus whatever your niche is! Then you can go through some of the top blog sites and get inspired!

I highly recommend NOT to spam on quora with any of your links, they are stricter now than ever before. But as long as you provide value there really shouldn't be any problem, try to find questions that fit you niche.

First know what your niche is, thn the audience and what age group they are usually in & what their common possible hobbies and/or interests are. Find a website or place where most of your target audience visits. Requires some work but it's worth it.

Tags,seo's and social media will be the first best bet to go!
