If its created in wordpress, can you not do that by going into the permalinks options of the WP backend?

You can get this done from sites like Elance, and recommend you use Wordpress. It will make your life easier.

Wordpress is the best. Themes install all features out of the box. Joomla, you need to install a lot of modules..etc to make the theme work like its demo.

If you download a HTML site, that is someones property. The license and law states you cannot resell it, even if you convert to another format. Its illegal.

I can help you do that for you, doesnt matter which theme. PM for help.

Theres a WP plugin called : cookie-cat that does this.

DEffo use Notepad++. It will help your knoweldge and you can grab some free open source templates to help you code the sites.
