I have to agree with the other posters here. Nothing is going to substitute for actually doing and making mistakes. That's been my problem doing IM :) Looking to change that!!

Great post, but what would have put it over the top would be some solutions to those limiting beliefs. I think we all know the issues as to what's holding us back. Some "how-to" steps on fixing them would have really put the icing on the cake
