I would honestly go with Google domains. Its $12 but you get free privacy protection which usually costs more with other registars. Also the rate never gets raised like with Godaddy. Sure, your domain is .99 cents for one year, but then its $15 + more for privacy protection

I see a lot of people saying 80-300. But it really depends on your skill I charge $700 + $100 a month to host and manage the sites. If you can build custom wordpress themes and have some talent, you can get this too.

Because that is how paid advertising works. You need to run tests, find your audience, and split-test pictures/copy. Most marketers spend well over $500 testing PPC campaigns.. Just paying for $100 of traffic, without running any tests, is gambling.

If you are in a dire financial situation, my guess is that you have little, if not no, money to invest So what I would do is first sell off everything I own that I do not use that has value. And then, after physical stuff, sell off some of your digital assets. Have access codes to online...

The "method" to make viral content is to make something people want, and figure out how to show it to them. This is vague, but some youtube personalities like Tai Lopez bought their viral fame. So I do believe there are methods to go viral, but you cannot make everything go viral.
