Interesting but hard to answer. I think only testing several times you could answer yourself. In my opinion, if post in A blog is indexed before you repeat it, and with a link to blog A in the article, it MAY be not bad for the blog. But I have never tried something like this, so i can't talk...

It's curious... in a Spanish forum about SEO and blogs, we use the same criteria, about x10 or x12 month-earnings. But it depends on number of articles, PR, linkbuilding made, FB fanpages or twitter included or not, etc.

What language are you talking about? I usually rank spanish websites, and all I have read here. All is ok, so do it as usually. Depending on languages, maybe you need some punycode converters if there is a special character or something like that. Good luck!

BHS VPS can be bad for SEO? I mean, penguin penalty or something like that... (IP google detection or banned, etc). Or its impossible for google to control all BHS VPS?

I use traffic travis but its not 100% true when it says "easy" rankability. But it sometimes helps, if you know how combine it with your brain + adwords tool.

Namecheap, for sure. I have never worked with Internet.bs and i can't say nothing (good or not) about they. But, about NC, I had any problems in all the time i worked with them.
