Why do you need "Keywords" and all of that crap?... I though you was ranking your CLIENTS website... If your client already has a website you will want to rank that website for the keywords that are acceptable for his business / niche... I kinda smell bullshit on OP's part..

I would prefer to start again and have a fresh DSR slate; due to the fact that the DSR ratings are a big player in ebay ranking factors.

Long story short: I run a business and decided to branch to ebay, I didn't like the hasstle so I just never logged back on after taking my listings down.... I left eBay to refund my customers that had cases open etc and went to log back in and my eBay is banned.... My own fault for not caring...
