Don't think there's such law in the uk either honestly - never heard of it over here but I'm not really well versed in the field. They won't be able to prove any intent honestly - he could always claim he just wanted to buy the domain fair and square. not sure how they'd go about proving otherwise
If you have any marketable skills then you can be hired as a freelancer or do work for other members. If not then sell something I guess. Not much else you can do on site specifically.
They don't allow it and they don't convert too well. But you could use a cloaker as mentioned although I'd heavily advise doing content lockers or email submits.
careful of scammers. No one is realistically going to spoonfeed you how to earn 30 a day for free. Get some research and work things out yourself if you depend on people now you'll probably depend on them later with new things you pick up
Yeah get some dedicated proxies, stick it to one per one account. Also make sure to warm up the account and not use blacklisted domains - shorteners don't do anything at all?
