Yeah get some dedicated proxies, stick it to one per one account. Also make sure to warm up the account and not use blacklisted domains - shorteners don't do anything at all?

If you want to do direct linking I recommend adworkmedia as an easy to get into network for beginners. Just a heads up ^^
