Yes design looks unprofessional but if you look at their examples and search the keywords of the examples, you will see they are all top results on google 1st page.

Thanks Adam, I think generally that makes sense , but I do not feel its completely true. i.e. I am in L.A. and when I type "towing" I get a non localized page and the wiki for towing.
