Iv always wondered why bot traffic can harm a website... Because wouldn't that mean anyone can harm anyone's website??

The closest site iv used for that level of traffic is doubleadvertise.com - no signups or anything.. just put your url in and get automatic traffic exchanges.

Pretty pricey tho.
