Is it absolutely necessary to go down the blog route? I was reading Nick Flame's old method earlier and he provided the Pickmyshaver.com as an example. Which is similar to this with all the product reviews, etc. And you could then get traffic with the forum posting, etc which saves going down...

You sure it's unlikely to work at the dealership? Would be willing to do business parks however the original idea did seem simple and potentially effecitve?
