My paranoia assumes Reddit monitors upvotes & downvotes for patterns. When Reddit sees the same 10 accounts upvoting or downvoting the same content, it can be flagged as a network and banned. So if I want to be able to upvote or downvote content, my paranoid mind assumes I need to mix in...

If someone is posting, then someone else can buy votes and get them banned. If someone doesn't post or comment anything are they safe from someone else getting them banned? Am I overlooking any account vulnerability besides Reddit admin risk?
