My FB account was requested a ID verification years ago. I didn't do that. So my account was restricted. Last year I suddenly found that I can use that email to sign up a new FB account again. So you can try later, to see if you can register with your email on FB again.

It depends on the FB group setting. If the group allows you to join with your page, you have the option. Otherwise you can only join with your FB account.
