Flippa is a no go. Does Sedo value domain and content? From what I can tell and my sources it is domain only. If they do domain, content, social media, niche based on numerous factors that is exactly what I am looking for.

We used something similar to come up with a valuation based on history, potential, niche and other factors. We have also had trusted sources look at analytic data. What we are missing is an official valuation so we can sell it off that price. Thanks for your response.

Thanks for the response. Empire Flippers uses wordpress. Maybe I am just old school but myself and my development team cannot take any business seriously that uses a template for their site. Also they use "as seen on". I don't want to say those statements are false but from cross referencing...
