Personally, I would start an automated YouTube channel. Build a team - Hire a: Researcher + scriptwriter, Voice-over artist, thumbnail creator. Research current trends and make videos based around that, and BOOM! Let the money roll in.

I'm kind of a newb at this stuff but, people like free stuff, they need incentives; You could offer something like a free video or Ebook (e.g. " 5 secret makeup 'hacks' ") or some other incentive, and stipulate that to receive it they should follow and leave a comment saying "Free makeup hack"...
