I'm going to guess that 5 dollar content only benefits the guy selling 100 orders of 5 dollar content and not the customer that actually buys the 5 dollar content?

If you aren't that much of a gem yourself, try using the actors on fiverr It's amazing what people will do for 5 bucks. Need a hot girl in a hula hoop? A guy standing outside german landmarks? Throw a couple of dollars to those people and see how it works.
