Sorry if this is a beginner question but If you buy SIM cards in bulk don't you also have to load all those cards with a prepaid card so you can receive texts from that number? Or do you just register each sim and your set?

When is it recommended to start redirecting people to your site? Does it go off of the average number of likes per photo and interaction with comments? or more based on your total amount of followers? sorry I'm still trying to learn my way around how everything works.
