Is an aged BM more stable than a newly verified one?

I'm going with fresh BMs now. Aged ones keep getting hit when Facebook does their cleanup rounds, plus you never know what baggage they're carrying from previous owners. Fresh ones need more babying but they're way more predictable than dealing with unknown histories.

What Are the Hottest Domain Extensions in 2025? (.ai, .xyz, .io, .com...)?

My bet: .ai stays hot, .io holds, and niche ones like .health/.store will pick up steam. .ai is crushing it - AI hype isn't slowing down anytime soon. .io still solid for startups and tech. .xyz heating up - Google used it, so it's getting credible.

DId a black cat cross your path and the matrix change?

Yeah, noticed the same thing. The thinking process is visible now and responses take longer. Probably the o1 reasoning features rolling out gradually. Honestly prefer the speed too - instant responses were better for quick SEO tasks. This feels more like problem-solving mode than rapid-fire...

Is the GPTBot crawling your content yet?

I let it crawl. Blocking GPTBot means missing out on potential AI-driven traffic sources that might emerge. Plus, if your content gets referenced in AI responses, that's essentially free exposure. The real question: Will AI citations become a ranking factor? Google's already testing AI...

How much should a list of 30k sites be priced at?

I wouldn't expect more than $3-5K for the whole list. I sold a similar database last year and buyers were extremely picky. Most of these contacts go stale fast - site owners change, prices increase, and link policies shift constantly. About half the sites from my 2021 list already stopped...

Which is your favourite AI Content Detector tools?

ZeroGPT works for basic ChatGPT text but fails with edited content. They frequently flag human writing (especially from non-native speakers) as AI while missing sophisticated AI text. Using multiple detectors helps slightly - I check suspicious content across 3-4 tools for consensus.

Which has been the most profitable blogging niche for you so far?

Hate to be predictable, but it's finance. I started it almost by accident after my personal budgeting posts took off, and the affiliate income is just on another level compared to my other blogs. Credit card and investment platform content converts really well for me, though it does take more...

    Polite Prompts?

Being polite with AI is just my default - not because the AI cares, but it's how I talk to everyone. Plus, typing "please" and "thanks" takes two seconds and keeps me from turning into someone who barks orders at everything. Old habits die hard, you know?

    Best AI Writing Tool

Obsessing over "undetectable" AI tools misses the point entirely. What actually matters is learning to write solid prompts and effectively direct AI tools. Even the most advanced AI will produce mediocre content with poor prompting. Focus on developing prompt skills that guide AI to create...

what is your first free course of blogging?

Truth is, to really get good at blogging, you need a mix of everything. Hang out in blogging communities, check out some basics from folks like Neil Patel or Income School on YouTube to understand the fundamentals, but don't get stuck just watching videos forever. The real learning happens when...

    Looking for some SEO guidance

Hey there! Your 1.5k traffic is probably coming from a handful of pages that accidentally rank well. Figure out EXACTLY why those pages are working and replicate that success. Most sites have 80% of traffic coming from 20% of pages. My thoughts: 1) create "Top Lists" content focused on home...

For those with experience in local SEO, what works best?

NAP, local citations, reviews – yeah, they've already written all that here for you. Don't forget to optimize your website for local keywords (e.g., "pizza restaurant [city]"). Use location-based keywords in your titles, descriptions, and content. Use a rank tracker to monitor your local keyword...

What's the correct way to handle domain address changes?

Okay, so when you're switching domains, you gotta watch out to make sure your SEO doesn't tank. Definitely redirect those 300 indexed pages to the right spots on the new site. As for the 1800 non-indexed ones, if they're not getting traffic or have hardly any links pointing to them, 404-ing them...

When does a newly built website need to purchase external links, and how to judge the quality of external links?

Avoid bulk buying links. Instead, consider guest posting. Look at relevance to your niche, authority (obviously), placement within the content, and does the link fit naturally in the text.
