Hi, I'm having problems submitting a support ticket. The captcha seems to be missing on the Ticket Submission page. But my 7 day free trial ended last night and I was charged for the 1k/day subscription, but I want to actually upgrade to a larger account (4k/day). How can I do this? Thanks!
