I don't think grammar and punctuation in a second language will cure much but do think that finding role models or at least defining a goal or two will help provide some direction in life.

Not yet, want to fill it a little, build a base then fill it a lot while creating activity and then connect it with the well known site it will feed off of. Promoting a dead stick will just waste opportunity, better to promote and offer a vibrant active site with history and content

Oh boy. Well, I can see the reasoning behind it but sort of makes it difficult to accomplish a mission.
