From my experience a satisfied customer is eBay's main priority. If you can produce a satisfied customer with a fake eBay is much more likely to turn the blind eye. At the end of the day a satisfied customer is money in eBays pocket.

Had a similar situation occur on one of my sites. I was able to trace it back to a plugin i had installed with out doing my research on. Check your plugins for anythimg fishy.
