Try checking the account with the proxy on. There is a proxy service where they have an extension for chrome where you can put it in and you will be under the proxy. You can also put it in your phones internet settings. This should work :)

There is an app called Tagsforlikes and they have many niche/genres on there, so i think it wouldn't be nessecery

How big is your account?

This all depends on the age of your account, i fresh account can follow ~300 people a day and an aged account can do ~800+ no problem
