Anyone really good at ranking my site who is on Fiverr? Unfortunately, The guy that was ranking my site didn't do a damn thing so I got refunded but they won't refund to my paypal, only Fiverr credit. Grrrr!

I got cheated by a guy named Turnkeyz on there to bring my website to the front of google (SEO). So they refunded me my $210 but only in credit. So now I need someone from here who is on fiverr that can let me do some SEO with them...Please.
