where would be a good place/area to have an email marketing website for affiliates posted? basically sending affiliate marketers to this site to boost their email traffic? thanks

ok, color me stupid if you like, but..... i was on share a sale, trying to sign up as an affiliate and they asked me about my website. now would this be ungagged or a website i create and point to ungagged? also not sure of the questions on share a sale.
