Well, generally speaking Flux and some additional tools can do the job, but there's a lot of manual work behind all this. To make it consistent, not staged, not plastic-looking etc. It takes a dedicated team to do something similar (from my experience)

if you don't know what to do at this point, I assume you don't have a business idea that will back you up 100%. In such case I would rather buy real estate, you can't lose money with it (unless there are major problems in the area: war/criminals/earthquakes etc)

it still works, but the method is risky, it's clearly not approved by Google and your main website can be pessimized anytime
