Is anyone offering app installs for Windows 8 apps? Or other services that will increase my app ranking

I am mainly looking for people to rate and review my app. I can get traffic from AdDuplux which specializes on Windows apps.

I've tried making facebook ads myself, but you can't target windows 8 users so it's no good. And for anyone sending me PM's, please add some contact information as I am unable to reply to PM's until I have 15 posts.

You write the review on the app listing on the Windows Store app available on Windows 8. I don't know if it is possible to write reviews outside of the Windows Store app.
