I used to work for Yelp, so I can tell you that your best bet is to slightly rename your business, so you can mark it as closed, and open a new page. Yelp is pretty much impossible to black hat with. Once your'e labeled for fake reviews, it's basically impossible to recover.

Hey Guys, I have been a member but have never really posted. I post over at BHT some too but I am trying to become more active and find some computer literate people to work with and boost my income! I have been doing affiliate marketing for the past year and earned just about $85k in 2011...

I am having the same issue right now. they owe me 1300 of unpaid commissions and apparently they fired a bunch of affiliate managers from what it sounded like to me and my guess is maybe they're understaffed? but I am kinda getting pissed to have that much owed to me.
