This makes sense IMO only if someone sends PM-s to some others making first contact. But does not make sense when you reply to a PM you got.

Sorry my friend, but this is an idiot reply. For example today I wanted to reply to a PM in which among other there was a refferral link. In my reply I included a link, but it was NOT a referral link, just a subdomain of my site. And the message could go through only if I deleted the link.

Why the heck I can not include even a single link in my messages (while others can even multiple links in messages to me) without getting an error message saying something that "my PM can not be sent because possibly it contains spam like elements"? And if I remove the link they go through no...

Yeah, I had the same bad experience about 2 years with them. The bad thing is that you can't really know in clear what you can do and what you can not if you want to do any kind of marketing through your tumblr blogs.
