You have to use new domains and new accounts... These throwaway accounts are cheap, so don't get too attached to them to begin with.

Google doesn't care about whois changes so long as the domain is not being used for malicious purposes. Keep it clean, and you can get all of the linkjuice from the previous lifetime of the domain :)

There is hardly any "typein traffic" domains that expire which are either deleted or auctioned off anymore. The registrar itself in most cases keeps the domain for themselves --- they renew it and push it to their own portfolio :)

Verizon is an international trademark. You cannot use it period... :(
