Promote on any site that you can, also find people that can help you get traffic in exchange for promoting their site. Paid traffic is useful once you have the funds.

If you're low on funds, consider using VPNGate's free service. Most people connect to a VPN at the router level, then connect to a VPNGate proxy or vpn (since they're residential vpns) and use it for your needs.

OP some say it matters which is indexed first, others say pageranking, I think it's both but also the date. Honestly I wouldn't worry about DMCA, just host in OVH or modolva and you'll be fine.

Usually if done right footer links won't cause any issues and may actually help pageranks in my experience. If done wrong, well like anything done wrong you'll regret the footer links.

You might be getting blacklisted quickly. Try using a diff proxy or vpn. Facebook is really sensitive though.

there is a google for darkweb, its called grams. duckduckgo also works in the darkweb but i know not the way you want. Grams is what you would probably want. Alphabay is pretty nice, but crazy sites search reddit and grams for them lol :D.
