You can certainly try free TG groups, but bit of a crap shoot in terms of quality of advice and networking. OP seemingly was asking about OF creators, and Reddit is where they have the most thriving and generous community, in terms of info-sharing.

Ideally you hook their interest through your social content, but save the engagements for OF. So they know that's the only place to talk to you.

The best recruiting method is through meeting models in real life, in your network. Consider locations where prospects hang out and go meet them and "soft pitch" the concept once you establish rapport.
