There's a bunch of different ways to rank video, but if you want it ranked high its all about session watch time. With a good Title, Description, and your tags.

He probably buy's HR views or he bots his own HR views.

yeah i would say 1k-5k. If you go over that it would be weird with 6k-10k views but no comments or likes. with 1k-5k views you could have mutiple account and just leave comments and likes. Wouldn't look as weird.

There's plenty of content out there that is really good people just cant find it because they are too small of a channel. That's why if you give it a little boost it helps out a lot.

I honestly feel the best way to get a channel going right now on youtube is with HR views.

I wouldn't sell that. Even if you don't use that channel those are good stats for just a day.

Ok thank you for the reply, because i was thinking of buying views make the video unlisted until all views came in then make it public with monetization. I know the bought views wont count as revenue, but every view after that would.

what happens if you buy views, but the video is unlisted then when you make it public you monetize it.

yeah i didn't think they were. I know youtube likes High Retention views and that's what he's offering. I watched a video on youtube where this guy admits that his friend bought high retention views and got his channel to 10k subs in no time.
