I'm not sure what you mean by the first question. How are you planning on importing? Images are only a URL, so they would definitely have the same original file. If you wanted to duplicate them, you'd have to save them on your own domain or a sharing site

WOW. Thanks so much for this Dan. It's great to read the feedback too. The tech fault was simply a message between the payment system and the license server going silly. I just added a check for it, so fingers crossed all good from now on!

So sorry - just checked that out and you are right. It reduced the first year only. I missed the checkbox to apply the discount to all future payments. FIXED!!
